Daher’s Channel Armrest is designed to provide optimal support for weak or paralyzed extremities.  The Channel Armrest holds the elbow in place while still allowing the forearm to rotate.  The armrest attaches to the chair with a three-channel extrusion.  Usually only one channel is required for mounting leaving two channels open for other attachments such as electronic hardware.
