The Modified Channel Armrest features the same qualities and benefits as the Channel Armrest but is designed to be used on a wheelchair with a powered mobility device.  By removing the rounded front section of the arm rest, a control can be attached directly to the extrusion. 

The unique design of the elbow cup and uprights helps stabilize the forearm for safer operation of the powered aid. A special adapter which fits a number of control boxes is available.
